In 6th grade I spent the night at a friends house with the stipulation from his mom that I must help him clean his room. We ended up starting this enormous undertaking at a about midnight and finished around 4 am. Without purchasing any organization units or shelves we got his room completely organized. It went from a place we could barely walk through to a unique living space complete with a reading nook, gaming area and homework station. His mom was so impressed in the morning that slow sobs of happiness overwhelmed her when she saw it.

My own room at home was always completely organized and labeled thanks to what my Dad called "Selective OCD". I have always been obsessed with organization, but never pursued it as anything beyond a hobby until July of 2021. I helped my sister in law organize a family member's garage and had a blast doing it. I couldn't stop thinking about how much fun it was and just needed to do it again. We opened the business with the name "The Garage Organizers" in 2021 specializing in just garages. In 2024 we changed the name to ClutterClearout to cover our trash removal and moving services.
