All items are carefully evaluated for condition and expiration date. We DO NOT sell expired items or damaged items unless it is specifically noted in the product description. Our company buys brand new liquidation items in bulk in addition to acquiring used items through our garage organization, estate cleanouts, trash removal, storage cleanouts and garage sale buyouts. Product Delivery
Option 1: Local Delivery 
For products purchased through our website we offer multiple options for delivery. If you live within 10 miles of Bloomington, Bedford, Martinsville, Nashville, Greenwood, Zionsville, Carmel, Fishers, Avon, or Downtown Indianapolis then we can deliver your items for a flat fee of $10. We do free consultations, garage organization, estate cleanouts and product buyouts in all of these areas on a daily basis. You can expect your products to be delivered within 7 days of the purchase date. Send us a message if you would like your order to be delivered more quickly and special arrangements can be made. 
Option 2: Store Pickup
Our retail store located at 924 W. 17th St in Bloomington, IN will be open for free pickups with an appointment or when we open the store for a liquidation sale. 
Option 3: Shipping
Most items are available for calculated shipping at checkout if you are outside of our delivery and pickup area.
